Oversized and heavy
By “project cargo” we mean any large, wide, high or heavy item that may require special stowage preparation and securing. We transport about 400 project cargoes every year as single or regular shipments. Our flexible fleet with box-shaped holds and long, flat hatch covers is ideal for project and break bulk cargo, either as sole or part cargo.
Project cargoes generally have requirements beyond the actual sea transport, such as pre-/on-carriage, loading/discharging ops, sea fastening and lashing/securing. Our team of trained project charterers, in-house supercargoes and experienced onboard personnel enable us to provide tailor- made, competitive and time-sensitive solutions.
