Forwarder/Customer Service

We are currently looking for a motivated forwarder/customer service colleague for Wilson Agency BV to strengthen our team in Rotterdam. 

Responsibilities 

• Daily contact with our clients and terminals 
• Arranging barging/trucking/storage/custom formalities  

Qualifications 

• Interest in the shipping industry 
• Positive attitude 
• Highly proficient in Dutch and English 
• MBO and/or Cargadoor 1/2 or logistics experience 

Personal characteristics 

• Ability to work independently and in a team 
• High work capacity  
• Professionally skilled, curious, and committed
