Social responsibility

The “Wilson Family” is a familiar concept to all employees of Wilson. It means treating one another as a family, not just as colleagues. Cohesion and mutual respect are important values for us. We ensure proper labour and human rights for all our employees.

Our Code of Conduct stipulates that all forms of discrimination and racism are prohibited. There shall be no discrimination in the workplace based on ethnic backgrounds, religion, age, disability, gender, marital status, sexual orientation, or political affiliation.

All our seafarers are employed in accordance with the prevailing rules and regulations for the position held.

A good working environment and competitive conditions are important for attracting and retaining skilled employees. Our human capital is considered essential for the good operation of Wilson.
