Eivind Eidesvik

Chairman of the Board

Eivind Eidesvik

Mr. Eidesvik is educated as a Ship Master. He has sailed on offshore, fishing and reefer vessels before continuing his career ashore within shipping. He is currently the Group CEO of Caiano AS, which is the majority shareholder in Wilson ASA. He is also Managing Director of Green Shipping (Green Reefers Group). He is chairman and board member in several companies within the Caiano Group. He has served as a Member of the Board of Wilson since 2004.

Mr. Eidesvik is a Norwegian citizen with residence in Haugesund, Norway.

Bernt Eidesvik

Bernt Eidesvik work experience varies from shipping and fisheries to real estate. Bernt Eidesvik started as CEO of Caiano Fisk AS (now Caiano Invest AS) and is responsible for Caiano's investments in shipping, fisheries, real estate and aquaculture. From 2021, Bernt Eidesvik also serve as CEO of Caiano Eiendom AS. Bernt Eidesvik also holds chairman positions in Caiano Hotelldrift AS, Shannon Shipping AS, Helsehuset Haugesund AS and is also a board member of various companies, in shipping, fisheries, hotels, tourism and industry.

Per Gunnar Strømberg Rasmussen

Per Gunnar Strømberg Rasmussen holds a master’s degree in Business & Economics and is an experienced leader. He has wide experience within logistics, real estate and shipping, and has been Group Chief Executive of Strømberggruppen for the last 23 years.

Kirsti Tønnessen

Kirsti Tønnessen is CEO of Westco AS has a degree in Business & Economics and 33’ years experience from various industries, mostly in oil service and real estate. She specialises in management, finance, project management and logistics, and has extensive board experience. 

Katrine Trovik

Katrine Trovik

Katrine Trovik has a master’s degree in Economics from NHH. She qualified in law at UiB and completed 10 years of business in law practice as a lawyer/partner at Simonsen, Vogt & Wiig and Wikborg Rein. She has 10 years’ experience as a member of DNB’s top management team in the corporate market, interrupted by two years as head of DNB South America. Since 2019 she has run her own business with the emphasis on board work and consulting, and is currently a board member for several companies across various industries. 

Petter Dragesund

Petter Dragesund

Petter Dragesund has a master’s degree in Economics from NHH (1987) and a higher degree from NHH (1989). His work experience spans Anders Wilhelmsen & Co (1987-1992), with a focus on chartering and analysis of shipping markets, and Pereto Securities (1992-2021), initially as a shipping analyst and later in Corporate Finance, heading the Coroporate Finance department in the period 2001-2014. He currently focuses on investments and board work. 

Torleif Østensen

Torleif Østensen

Torleif has been working in the shipping industry since 1998 and started his career in Wilson in 2000. During these years he has acquired a wide experience within shipping as he has been working as operator, charterer and scheduling. 

Torleif has also a background in politics.

Erica K. Hauger

Deputy board member (Employee elected)

Erica K. Hauger

Erica K. Hauger joined the company in 2008. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business & Administration from BI Norwegian Business School, and has taken additional courses with the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers.
She joined the Board of Directors in 2020, and was also a member of the Board of Directors from 2012 to 2014. 

 

Dividend

The company aims to provide a stable return on equity over time. Return on invested capital is calculated as the joint effect of rise in share value as well as cash dividends. Total return on equity should reflect profitability from our activity. Read more. 

Shareholder Policy

Shares in Wilson ASA are freely transferable, and there are no clauses in the articles of association limiting of the shares. Read more.
